The Link Up America program assists Wyoming residents with the cost of installing a telephone. Clients must be receiving benefits from the POWER, Medicaid, Child Care, Food Stamps, LIEAP, or PDAP programs. The Link Up America program provides a 50% discount on each service installation not to exceed $30.
