The fiscal agent for the WDH is CNSI. They are responsible for processing all provider claims for Medicaid clients. The WDH Customer Service center is responsible for processing eligibility for certain Medicaid groups. The WDH Long Term Care Unit is responsible for processing eligibility for Long Term Care programs.
