Welcome
Eligibility Unit Functions are to:
Interpret federal and state Medicaid laws and regulations;
Develop policy and procedures in accordance with federal and state laws;
Write state Medicaid eligibility rules;
Maintain the Medicaid State Plan contract with the federal government;
Train Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) Customer Service Center staff;
Monitor eligibility processes through the WDH Customer Service Center and Presumptive Eligibility Sites and;
Act as Division liaison between applications and authorized representatives.
