POL M602: DETERMINING BASIC ELIGIBILITY - IDENTITY
1. Applicants Must Prove Identity
Identity must be verified for all Medicaid applicants, except when applying for the following programs:
Emergency Services.
Basic Foster Care.
Institutional Foster Care.
For all other Medicaid applicants, refer to Medicaid Table 5 for acceptable verifications of identity.
2. Applicants Born To Medicaid Eligible Mother
Verification of identity is not required for any applicant who was born to a Medicaid eligible mother in Wyoming, during their life time.
